The Black Dog Ranch Off-Road Resort consists of 3 rental units located on two hundred pristine acres conveniently located at Windmill Gap in southern West Virginia. The Bailey House is a 3-bedroom farmhouse. Kate's Place is a large, modern 2 -bedroom mobile home with an added sunroom. Ted’s Place is a newly renovated 2-bedroom mobile home. Conveniently located on the Indian Ridge Hatfield McCoy Trail System, less than two miles from the Pocahontas Trail System, and short ATV ride via local trails to
the Pinnacle Creek Trail System. All three trail systems can be accessed without trailering ATVs.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable the Black Dog Ranch offers many amenities. If your goal is to ATV/4 wheel, hunt, hike, bird watch, star gaze or simply get away, the Black Dog Ranch is your best choice. 40 minutes from I77 or US-460. Immediate access to trails.

Amenities include: Additional miles of unpaved roads nearby; immediate access to trails - no need to haul or trailer ATVs; weekend, weekday, and weekly rate packages available; units have full kitchen and laundry facilities; color TV featuring satellite service (all premium channels) and DVD Player in each unit; free WiFi; electric heat and air conditioning in all units; private parking for trucks, trailers and ATVs; linen (towels & sheets) and cleaning included in price of rental; each unit has a commercial charcoal grill; each unit has a fire pit with stock of complementary firewood; two units have garages with air compressor, lights, and 20 amp receptacles.

Located 3 hours from Winston Salem, NC and 2 hours from Charleston, WV, Bristol, TN, and Roanoke, VA. on 200 scenic and serene mountaintop acres. All Paved Access-No dusty roads to soil your truck!
